We validate your order and credit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.
Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
www.diabetic-care.com reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund.
We accept payment by Visa® and MasterCard® credit cards only. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to the GCC countries; UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
Daily order cut-off time is 10 am (GMT+04.00).
Any order placed between 10 am Thursday and 10 am Sunday will ship on Sunday.
Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel it, please contact us immediately. We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping; however we cannot guarantee that it hasn’t been shipped. If it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return it to us. This will be considered a return and treated accordingly. (
